Understanding WebKnow Internet Statistics:
WebKnow internet statistics are a representation of the computer and web environments
used by people who visit websites.
WebKnow internet statistics do not represent computers that are not used to visit
websites. For example, a web server does not visit websites, even though it is connected
to the internet.
WebKnow statistics are provided in aggregate, and do not model industry-specific
trends or correlations.
While one website may attract more women than men, and another website may attract
a younger audience vs. an older, WebKnow does not consider these differences. WebKnow
internet statistics considers all website, and attempts to provide web and internet
based statistics for the entire USA.
WebKnow is not perfect, and is limited to the resources available to WebKnow to
provide internet statistics. However WebKnow is free, and kind, and we welcome all
who wish to benefit from the stats that WebKnow has to offer.

Generate an HTML Sitemap, XML Sitemap or Google Sitemap
It's hard for a search engine to rank a web page if it cannot find it. New web pages,
or web pages that are linked through hard-to-follow links such as Flash or certain
JavaScript links, are not always easily found by the search engine robots. Search
engine robots are responsible for discovering new web pages and website content.
If the search engine robots cannot find a new web page, then it will not be indexed
on the search engines.
WebKnow recommends the sitemap generation resources found at XML-Sitemaps.com. Sitemaps are highly recommended for all
websites, even websites that are easy for a search engine robot to crawl. They are
simply so easy to implement, that there is no reason not to.
Check Google Pagerank
Google assigns a pagerank value for every website it indexes. Pagerank is assigned
on a scale of 0 to 10, where 10 indicates the highest (best) possible pagerank.
A Google pagerank of 0 generally indicates a new website or a website without much
contribution to the world wide web. The higher your Google pagerank, the more likely
your website will be found on the internet. You can check your Google pagerank with
the webmaster tool below.
